In Canada, South America and United States of America the marginal error is 25m, in the United Kingdom it’s 10m and anywhere in the world that error does not exceed 50m. You won’t be able to trace a person who has a phone that has the Global Positioning System but uses it in country that doesn’t have GSM networks.
